Welcome to the website for the Brooklin Redmen, of the Major Series Lacrosse League (MSL). The MSL, and its counterpart, the Western Lacrosse Association, represent the highest level of competitive box lacrosse in Canada. Both league champions compete each September for the Mann Cup, one of the most historic and treasured sports trophies in Canada.
The Brooklin Redmen is a storied lacrosse club, representing the best lacrosse talent from Brooklin, Whitby, East Toronto and Durham Region, having won the Mann Cup 7 times, and the Ontario Major Championship 13 times.
Standing Room Only at Annual General Meeting
October 7th, Brooklin, ON ·The Brooklin Redmen held their annual general meeting tonight at the Royal Canadian Legion in Brooklin. As 75 people came out for the yearly “state of the Redmen” address, this large turnout bodes well for the organization that the unique community owned and operated status of the club is alive and well. · Read More
Redmen Bow Out Battling
July 27th, Whitby, ON · It was a reversal of Saturday's game, in which the Redmen were behind early by a large deficit. The young Redmen rebounded with a spirited five goal run during the second period and gave notice to the Lakers that they would have to earn the victory and the series win. The comeback fell short when the Lakers potted an emprty net goal in the final minute to take a 12-9 victory and a 3-1 series win. The Lakers will now face the Six Nations Chiefs in the MSL Semi-Final. · Read More
